Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.apluspal.com website (the “Service”) operated by Vieec Group Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
These terms is effective between you and us as of the date of your accepting of this agreement.
Use of the Services
You promise to only use the Service for your personal, internal, non-commercial, educational use, and only in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you. If you use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you are not authorised to use the Service. We cannot and will not be responsible for you using the Service in a way that breaks the law.
You shall not use the Service to inquire about, engage in or aid or assist anyone with any form of academic dishonesty for example, completing assignments, writing papers, taking (or help take) examinations on someone’s behalf, or completing work in violation of academic policies or other conduct policies of a school or workplace.
You as the student will not share personal information or any other informational that could be used to identify or locate you with your tutor or other students. You may not use the Services to contact a tutor or another student outside of the Service to meet in person or to receive tutoring outside of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we have no responsibility for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions, or those of anyone else, with tutors or students.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Recording Tutoring Services
We may record tutoring services. You hereby grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to use any such recorded tutoring services for all business purposes, including marketing purposes, and you hereby grant us permission to use you voice, image, name and likeness to the extent that the same are encompassed or embodies within such recorded live lessons.
Fees, Renewals and Cancellations
It does not cost anything to create an account on the Service. However, we offer certain premium products and services for a fee, including tutoring services. You agrees to pay us the following fees:
- Membership Subscription - you may order a monthly subscription (a “Subscription”) for the Service. The type of Subscriptions available to you are described more fully on the Service. Our paid subscriptions are debited in advance. You may upgrade your Subscription upon completed use of your current Subscription sessions. We will charge you the monthly fee for your new Subscription at the time of upgrade to your new Subscription.
- Optional pre-paid package - a number of sessions purchased upfront fo one-to-one tutoring program and/or group tutoring programs.
Your membership is not transferable. In particular, you must not allow others to use them and must not transfer or sell them to another party. While you are a member you must maintain control of your account. You are responsible for what occurs on that account and must report any unauthorised use of your account or username to us.
All Subscriptions will auto-renew for additional monthly periods until cancelled by you pursuant to these Terms. You may cancel a Subscription at anytime. Upon cancellation of a Subscription, you will have access to any unused then-current monthly period for the Subscription until the end of such then-currently monthly period. Following the end of the then-current monthly period of the Subscription, the Subscription will end, and you will not be charged any further Subscription fees. Pre-paid packages are a number of sessions that will be charged in advance and this fee is non-refundable. If you require a refund due to exceptional circumstances you can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may change our services, suspends, terminates or amend the fees from time to time and adjustment shall be communicated to you in writing.
The materials displayed or performed on the Service including, but not limited to text, graphics, articles, photos, images, illustrations (the “Content”) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You promise to abide by all copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and restrictions contained in any Content you access through the Service, and you will not use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, re-upload, display, licence, sell or otherwise exploit for any purpose any Content not owned by you i). without the prior consent of the owner of that Content.
Information Collection and Use
We receive and store any information you knowingly enter on the Services or that you provide to us in any other way. Personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, the type of personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to name, email address, mobile phone number, year of study, date of birth, postcode, student status. Where out clients are students and their families, we will also collect credit card and or other payment information, which may also include home address details. We may also collect additional information from end-users in order to improve our services and performance. Informations we collect will depend on the exact nature of the services that we are providing and what information is reasonably required to provide those services.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes to Terms
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
